Stylish Boutique Hotel

This is a lovely, stylish boutique hotel with a great pool and restaurant. We only stayed one night during a business trip, but really would have loved to stay longer for a holiday.

This place was perfect for our family in the age of 14 yrs to 48 yrs. Nice rooms, pool area and close to the beach. Great breakfast and good coffee. The Gym was ok, but very limited. We did not use the SPA.

Beautiful

Friendly staff. Beautiful room. Private pool was fab. Not a “direct” view of the sea, but a great sea view regardless. Would stay again. Breakfast each morning was fabulous with many choices.

Les + : belle piscine à débordement avec vue mer Personnels du bar roof top et du petit déjeuner très agréables et à l'écoute Les - : Chambre réservée pur 3 adultes : 1 grand lit et un canapé lit à part que le canapé lit ne s'ouvrait pas !!! Die Unetrkunft ist relativ neuwertig und modern. Das Personal ist auch bemüht den Zustand zu erhalten, was ach größtenteils gelingt. Einzig in den Sanitärbereichen der Zimmer ist dies nur eingeschränkt gelungen, da hi und da die Fugen entweder nicht mehr vorhanden oder gar leicht löchrig sind. Dies hat u.a. bei uns dazu geführt das nach dem Duschen regelmäßig das Bad unter Wasser stand. Ansonsten war alles elektrische Finktionstüchtig. Das Frühstück ist Vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Einiges Manko ist das Servicepersonal, dass öfters einmal eine Bestellung (Kaffee, O-Saft, o.ä. gerne und wiederholt vergisst. Eigentlich schade, wenn man bedenkt, dass 2 Servicekräfte explizit dafür abgestellt sind nd das bei durchschnittlich max. 40 Frühstücksgästen parallel. Man muss Wissen, dass der Pool inkl. Kiosk/Bar nicht zum Hotel gehören und diese am Pool als auch am Strand gesondert abrechnen. Ein sichtbarer Hinweis bei Anreise oder duch die Rezeption wäre hilfreich gewesen. Auch die freien Liegen (inkl. Schirme) am Strand sind limitiert und somit kann es einem durchaus passieren, dass man nicht direkt eine frei Liege beim Strandbesuch erhält. Ansonsten ist das Hotel inkl. der Anlage durchaus empfehlenswert, da man auch eigens mitgebrachte Getränke aus dem Supermarkt in der Anlage konsumieren darf.

Mooi hotel aan het strand met super ontbijt. Helaas was de kamer niet klaar bij aankomst, terwijl de inchecktijd volgens Expedia 13:00 uur was, konden wij pas om 14:30 uur op de kamer. Hotel was niet op de hoogte van de geboden VIP voordelen, dus deze helaas ook niet gehad. Ontbijt is super en ook het strand is prachtig!

MAGNIFIQUE!

Un des plus beaux hotels que j'ai fait, si ce n'est le meilleur! TOUT le personnel est souriant et au petit soins de leurs hotes. L'hotel est situé au calme, nombreux restaurants a coté a pied. Le petit dej est magnifique, a volonté et pour tous les gouts. Nous avions une chambre avec piscine privée, chambre spacieuse, vue sur mer. A refaire.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider ist die Qualität des Services sehr Personenabhänig. Bei der Zimmerreinigung z.B. manchmal war ein Abfallsack im Eimer drin, manchmal nicht. Die benutzten Tassen und Gläser wurden teilweise Tagelang nicht abgeräumt. Der Aschenbecher auf den Balkon nicht geleert etc. Das Frühstück starte um 7:30 und um 7:45 ist alles bereitgestellt (z.B. die Milch, alle Teller etc.) Auf den Kaffee wartet man z.T. so lange, dass er kommt, wenn man schon fast fertig ist mit dem Frühstück. Und dies auch, wenn nur 2, 3 Tische besetzt sind. Der Frischgepresste O-Saft reicht nicht für alle Gäste und um 10:29 wird das Licht am Buffet abgeschaltet. Da hätten wir uns mehr Servicegedanken von einem 5* Hotel erwartet. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt am Strand und die Liegen vor dem Hotel sind sozusagen für die Hotelgäste reserviert und kostenlos.

Sejour au calme dans un cadre superbe

Tres bon sejour a Atermono. L'emplacement est ideal (bord de mer avec une tres belle plage, quelques commerces/restaurants accessibles a pied, 5mn en voiture de Rethymnon). Le design de l'hotel (avec ses 2 piscines) est tres reussi/moderne, les chambres confortables et silencieuses. Niveau restauration, le petit dejeuner pourrait cependant etre amelioré (notamment les confitures), et on regrette un peu l'absence de restaurant pour le diner, mais le room service permet de se faire livrer des petits plats, et on trouve de tres bons restaurants a coté. Note: le staff ne parle pas francais, mais ca n'etait pas un probleme pour nous :)

Top Hotel, sehr gemütlich, sauber und stilvoll!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, super Lage (nicht weit zur Schnellstrasse von Ost nach West der Insel), in 500m gibt es einen umfänglichen Supermarkt und einige Restaurants/Bars. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, keine Strasse dazwischen, der Strand ist direkt am Hotel 50m. Es gibt Liegestühle des Hotels reserviert für Gäste. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, ganz neu im 2019 erbaut, ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Sauberkeit ist top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist ausgewogen und hat von allem etwas. Kaffee (Capuccino) hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, stylisch eingerichtet, aber nicht zu abgehoben. Es gibt eine Minibar, Safe, TV, etc. Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso) sollte auch noch da sein, fehlte in meinem Zimmer, was aber für mich nicht tragisch war, da der Kaffee am Frühstücks-Buffet hervorragend ist. Die Standard Superior Zimmmer sind gegen den Innenhof gerichtet (Balkon, Sitzplatz). Die Deluxe Zimmer (ohne Pool) sind im EG, Aussicht, seitlch zum Meer (jedoch kaum ersichtlich). Legt man Wert auf Aussicht und mehr Privatsphäre sind die Deluxe Suites mit privatem Pool zu empfehlen. Diese sind im 1.OG. Man hat Privatsphäre, niemand kann in das Zimmer von draussen schauen. Hat eine schöne, bessere Aussicht (seitlich) zum Meer. Und als Highlight einen eigenen kleinen Pool. Die Atermono Suite ist die Krönung (gibt es nur 1 Zimmer). Ist zu Vorderst und man hat durch ein rundes Fenster vom Bett aus direkt Ausblick auf das Meer!

lækkert hotel med nydelig morgenmad.

Nydelig hotel med beliggenhed på stranden. Vi beode på er dejligt værelse, med god plads og fed niveau indeling. Egen terasse og lille privat pool med morgensol. Superlækker morgenmad! Skønne udeområder men alt for høj musik ved fælles pool, og iskold vand i poolen. Havet var meget varmere

Hôtel très Neuf jolie décoration literie parfaite cependant notre chambre n’a pas été faites ni nettoyée Le lendemain A revoir totalement le système d’eclairage impossible de séparer un éclairage pour pouvoir lire individuellement ...ou tout simplement plus reposant .. toute la chambre s’allume et s’éteint en un seul interrupteur très gênant !!! Petit déjeuner excellent Piscine et son bar magnifiques vue mer et musique de fond très agréable !!! Mais dommage que pour quelques goutes de pluie tout soit rangé ... même en demandant de pouvoir s’installer une fois l’orage passe ... hôtel un peu isolé ... les clients comme nous tournaient en rond ..!!! La plage Très agréable ... transats Et parasols ont le méritent d’être là ... mais sans aucun service ..de ce fait ni rangés ni nettoyés ???? Un grand merci à la jeune dame de la réception pour son accueil et sa disponibilité... que nous retrouvons le matin au petit dej toujours très aimable !!! Avec un peu plus d’effort... de petites mises au point .. l’hôtel sera parfait !!! Je le recommande !!!!

Great for relaxing holiday

This boutique resort is a lovely getaway right by the beach and very close to great restaurants and bars: it’s got two great swimming pools with pool bars for relaxing. The services provided seem to be scaled down due to the pandemic situation, but nevertheless the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Best feature, personally, is a plunge pool in each room - amazing extra! I’d definitely recommend the resort for a nice, quiet, resting holiday. Ps. If you rent a car, they offer free parking space in the basement.

Très bonne Hôtel. Service très bon et aimable. Le cadre très bon, la plage bien amenager est reposantes comme tous le séjour.

Hotel overall was very nice. Reception was great. Bartender at night was not so great. Cinema only played soccer with next to no volume.

Brand new and very clean. Loved everything about our stay. The only issue we had was finding this place. Google map sent us to a place a couple of streets over. The hotel should contact Google to have it corrected.
