The villa consists of 3 floors in total.



oLower Ground floor: WC, laundry, 1 bedroom, fitness area, sitting area, swimming pool, patio - dining area.
oGround floor: office, tv room, WC, living room, dining area, kitchen.
oFirst floor: 3 bedrooms (with bathrooms and shower, the 2 of them have balconies, the one has a bathtub), a sitting area, and an open space area.
The master bedroom includes a King sized bed, a bathtub, shower and bathroom. Fireplace and Netflix tv. and a small balcony. The middle room contains a double size bed, a bathroom with shower, tv and a small balcony too. And the smallest room which consists of a double bed, tv and bathroom with shower. In the area outside the bedrooms you will find a huge carpet and yoga equipment.
In the underground floor is the 4th bedroom which consists of a double bed, tv and bathroom with shower. A well-equipped gym is also located there. A second living room, a wc and the laundry space.
A large glass door leads outside to the private heated pool where there is also the 2nd dining area plus a functional BBQ. The pool may heated upon advance request with an additional daily charge.
Casa is all equipped with air conditioning, fan, mosquito nets,filtered water and wifi.
