A perfect place for your summer in Crete! Our place is ready to cover every need of yours during your summer holidays! This house invites you to enjoy its simplicity and the sense of absolute tranquility. Its location is perfect for people who love to stay in a quiet place with amazing sea view, just 150m away from the beach - and spend quality time with their families or friends!

This is a simple villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, built a few meters away from the beach and close to the historic , picturesque old town of Rethymno. Sea view of the beach and just a few minutes walking distance to a super market, restaurants.
What makes this villa unique is that combines the short distance to everything you may need during your stay, all the facilities and comfort you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. There is easy access to motorway to visit beautiful cities like Rethymno (10km) and Chania (70km), sightseeings, places with amazing natural beauty!
Indoors
The villa is divided into three levels with simple architectural details and design. There are 3 bedrooms in total, with maximum occupancy of 6 people. It offers 3 fully equipped bathrooms and each bedroom has access to a balcony, a private swimming pool and a bbq.
On the first floor, you can reach two bedrooms (both with a double bed), a kitchen with a sitting area, living room and 2 bathrooms with shower. An exterior staircase takes you to the second floor where another double bedroom is, a small kitchen with a sitting area and a living room. From the spacious balcony you can enjoy the amazing sea view and the beautiful sunset while you enjoy your meal or cocktail!

Outdoors
At the outdoor area there is a small garden and a yard with a private swimming pool (24sqm size, 1.2m deep) , barbeque and sitting/ dining area.

What's provided:

Cooking utensils, cleaning utensils and a first aid kit also provided.
