9.4/10 Exceptional! (415 reviews)
The location is not the best area of Madrid and a bit of a walk to the centre uphill. They have another property in the north which would be better. The condition of the property was ok and had good facilities like washing machine. Ironing board is small and not the easiest but works.

Excellent stay at Hotel Regina in Madrid! The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and perfect for exploring. Beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. A special thank you to Gonzalo in the lobby area who was so kind and helpful with our bags and always with a smile. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again!

"Not my first time and won’t be my last. Excellent hotel: clean, comfortable, safe, and friendly. Excellent maid service. Ten-minute walk to train station. Active downtown. We were there during the two-countrywide blackout, and the staff managed everything wonderfully."
