Restored Vintage Mobile Home on our small Private Ranch

Stay in a Simple comfortable mobile home on our secluded little ranch with wild turkey, deer, rabbits frequently sited. Enjoy the yipping of the coyotes on the neighboring 600 acres of state land.
If you want to bring an extra R.V. Electricity hookups are available near the house. No sewer or water. The R.V. will be $35 a night. Listed as a property fee on the fees page. Select this optional fee for the R.V.

We are offering our guest home for you to explore the most beautiful country side you have ever seen. Relax in the woods, explore fly fishing, explore big city Billings. This is a simple home in the woods. There are insects and critters around in the woods and some make it into the house. Moth and flies lurk around for you to enter the house and will charge in with you. Be aware you may encounter some but so far they have been harmless, never hurt anybody, only scared them.

Montana is called big sky country and once you get here you know why. Most beautiful sun sets painted in sky you can never truly capture with your camera, landscapes with wide open spaces like you can only dream about, and wildlife right up to your door.
. $10 per person extra per night for over 4 people. House sleeps up to 8 people. camp trailer and tents are extra but plenty of room. For larger groups we charge $30 per day use fee for a commercial kitchen with walk in refrigerator,2 stoves, 3 sinks, etc. . This is not a mansion but a home relative to the neighborhood. Modest and enough because the outdoors and community offers the richness in life. A place to enjoy the outdoors and fall in love with big sky country. This country gets dry so no outdoor fires are allowed. If you have horses, we can accommodate them as well for a fee.
Meal delivery an option if arrange prior.

Guys weekend.
The directions were easy to follow on a smooth, gravel road. “Cabin” was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. Wood stove easily heated the cabin with no use for the thermostats on the wall. Beautiful dogs came out to welcome us first time out of the truck, then left us alone. I would definitely bring my family back for a relaxing stay removed from “digital noise”.

lovely
We loved the property. The only one thing I can say that made us nervous was the loose dogs. They do seem a little scary. Thank you though for the lovely place in the woods.

Great place to be alone and “unplug”
A great little place that is out of the way. No cellular service which was great for my wife and I to relax, unwind, and just have time together without distractions. Be sure to bring water because the well water is not very tasty. No food or coffee is provided so don’t forget those either, unless you are willing to drive a long distance to the closest store.

Hunting trailer
This was a great hunting trailer for my son and I. It was close to the hunt area, clean, and warm. Good place to stay while hunting.
