"Great hotel overall — clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. A few downsides: construction noise in the middle of the day, the beach staff ran out of towels and it took a long time to get even one, and the breakfast selection was pretty limited. Still a solid stay, just room for improvement."

"This was the worst and most frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, let alone at a St. Regis. I would have expected the highest quality service and food while I relaxed, but instead found myself with food poisoning, running around trying to serve myself, and leaving restaurants and bars ..."
