Also upstairs is the bathroom with shower, toilet.   On the ground floor is a bright and modern furnished living room with satellite TV and Blue Ray player available. Integrated into the dining area with dining table and Stühen.   The separate kitchen is fully equipped with stove-oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher and much more.   Also on the ground floor you will find a guest toilet.   Standard features include: a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a sheltered lawn with two garden loungers, satellite TV, gas central heating and a parking space at the house.
