Extremely relaxing for the most part. What wasn’t relaxing is the inattention of staff. I waited for a member of staff to order a pre-dinner drink, after 15 minutes I went to the bar /restaurant payment area. No staff. The bartender said he could do it for me. I gave him my order and returned to my seat some distance away. Having had my pre-dinner drink it was time to order dinner and a second drink. I waited 25 minutes with an empty glass. The 3 staff members were hovering around the payment station. I again got up with my empty glass, handed it over to the lady who was obviously the supervisor/shift lead and placed my dinner order. Not impressed. It was not even slightly busy…approx 20% full. This was just one occasion. Not only have the staff let the place down and rendered what should have been a little pamper break into not relaxed at all. The management have let the place down by not training staff properly. You can pretend to be as high end as you need but a customers experience through staff behaviours will put the place in exactly the ‘end’ it actually is. Train your staff!

Absolutely amazing little stay for me and my mum! We loved it, rooms were spotless and spacious, the host (Brenda) was absolutely amazing and so accomodating. We had access to the kitchen 24/7 which was such a nice touch! Thank you for making our stay amazing.

"The room was clean quiet and well maintained. The only unusual thing is the bathroom setup. The basin sink is outside the bathroom in the entry area to the room. It was ok but a little different. Staff were very friendly and the light breakfast was very good."
