"This property worked well with our family group of 10. We had 5 adults; 4 teens and 1 10-year-old. 3 bedrooms for the adults; the media room with flexible futons for the teen girls; and another room with futons for the 2 guys (1 teen and 1 10-yr-old). We set up a folding table in the open kitchen for more dining space. The 3 bathrooms were great with plenty of towels for daily showers and plenty of hot water! "This is an ideal location for adults looking for a quiet getaway with a spectacular view, which peers down approximately 50' to the river which is accessible via steep cinder block stairs etched into the landscape. The well laid out cottage is very comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping. The cottage was also nicely appointed with cooking utensils and bathroom supplies. We had a great time! "Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The backyard has stunning views of the Tippecanoe River. My boys had so much fun fishing from their dock and they caught a lot of fish too. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. I really enjoyed relaxing in the hammock in the backyard while looking out at the river.
