Holiday Apartment 'Sallrain Hof 1' with Mountain View & Balcony

The holiday apartment No. 1 at Sallrain Hof is located in Klobenstein/Collalbo and offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The 42 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include heating, Wi-Fi, and cable and satellite TV.



The apartment features a private outdoor area with a south-facing balcony. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, and playground. The stately farmhouse from the 11th century is situated at 1,100 m above sea level on the sunny Ritten plateau in the heart of South Tyrol. Quiet yet central, the farmhouse offers panoramic views of the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the village of Lengmoos. The center of Klobenstein is just a 10-minute walk away. Nearby, you will find the Ritten Earth Pyramids, public transport, a speed skating rink (10 minutes on foot), and the Rittner Horn ski area (4 km away). An outdoor pool and a bathing lake are also close by. From May to November, you can fish at the property's lake. The Ritten Card is included in your stay and allows free use of public transport as well as other benefits.



There are four parking spaces available on the property. Pets (dogs only) are allowed for an additional fee. Children are welcome. The accommodation offers farm products. There are recycling rules; further information will be provided on site. A travel cot can be provided on request. Please note that heating is not available in summer (June, July, and August).

Sallrain Hof Apartment

The place was amazing! The apartment was in great condition and had everything we needed. The Hostess Maria was fantastic!! She was super responsive and extremely friendly. The local area was beautiful and the local restaurants and shops were awesome!! Great proximity to the Ritter area, Bolzano, and the Sud Tyrol!!I highly recommend this place and we look forward to returning and staying there again!!

Very nice host but hard to communicate with her limited English. Paper towels in kitchen would have been nice. Also, skillets should have been thrown away. Very small bathroom, as expected. However, if you are large you may not be able to fit into extremely tight space for toilet.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund in herrlicher Umgebung.

Pros: Engagierte freundliche Vermieterin. Brötchenservice. Wohnliche Räume. Außerordentlicher Blick über Lengmoos auf die Dolomitengipfel. Spielmöglichkeiten und Erlebnis zahlreicher Hoftiere für Kinder. Schöne Spazierwege direkt vom Haus aus. Bahnhof zur Schmalspurbahn Richtung Oberbozen und Ortskern gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Freud-Promenade auf dem Ritten verbindet herrliche Ausblicke und Texte von Sigmund Freud. Cons: Kleiner Balkon mit hoher Brüstung, dem Denkmalschutz in dem Gebäude aus dem 13. Jahrhundert geschuldet.
