Charming Apartment "Steppe" in Villa Anina with Pool
The beautiful Villa Anina is located in the South Tyrolean municipality of Ritten and consists of 6 holiday apartments as well as well-kept shared areas. These include a large garden, a fitness room and a wellness area, which combine the traditional charm of the accommodation with modern comfort.
The apartment "Steppe" has a comfortable living room, a very well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds as well as one bathroom with a corner bathtub and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV. A baby cot, a cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. In the outdoor area you will find a private, furnished balcony as well as a shared garden with a barbecue and a gazebo, a pond with fountains, a pergola with a bench, a playground and a 66 m² pool. As the apartment is not on the ground floor but on the 2nd floor, the garden is accessible via a staircase. A particular highlight is the luxurious spa area with 3 saunas (a relaxation sauna, a steam sauna and a Kneipp bath), a jacuzzi and a relaxation area with loungers.
A pizzeria is 160 m away and a supermarket is 600 m a 2-minute drive) from the property. A bus stop (150 m) and a bakery (250 m) are also within walking distance. The town of Bolzano, which is beautifully situated in a valley surrounded by vineyards, is 15 km (23 minutes by car) from the accommodation. In addition, the Rittner Railway (100 m) invites you to take an idyllic ride through nature, past picturesque, old railway stations. Other activities in the area include hiking, ice skating (400m away), hockey, tennis and soccer.
Parking is available on the property. A garage is available for your car. Pets are allowed (upon request and for an extra charge of €20 per stay). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. There is an additional charge of €40 for cleaning at the end of your stay. The "Ritten Card", which allows free entry to some attractions and offers many discounts, is included in the price. Upon request, bicycles are available for free.

Schönes Apartment Steppe
Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen für eine Woche Skiferien im Apartment Steppe und es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch über zwei Ebenen, sehr gut eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Der Wellness- und Fitnessbereich ist der Hammer und kann ohne Zusatzkosten auf Bestellung genutzt werden. Und Nicola, die freundliche Gastgeberin, ist stets mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Vielen Dank Nicola für die schöne Zeit!

Wunderbare Woche in der VillaAnina In Klobenstein
Das Haus verfügt über sechs Ferienwohnungen. Wir hatten die FeWo Stepper für vier Personen. Wir waren dort mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Ausstattung mit sehr hohem Standard. Alle Möbel scheinen vom Schreiner maßgefertigt zu sein. Die gesamte Ausstattung der Anlage ist wirklich erstklassig. Schöner Garten, Swimmingpool, Fittneßraum, kostenlose Fahrräder, Tiefgarage. Im Preis eingeschlossen ist auch die Rittencard. Damit können Bahn, Busse und die Seilbahnen kostenlos genutzt werden.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt.
