Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home minus the locked cleaners closet and locked sheds in the backyard.

○ Check-out is at 11am
Other things to note
• Up to 2 dogs are allowed ( max 100lbs combined) for $175 per stay. NO CATS, please. We kindly ask that your dog is well-trained and that you pick up after your dog. There is a dog door in the family room to a fenced-in DOG RUN. Please have your dog relieve itself in this area rather than in the landscaped yard.
If your dogs go outside, we kindly ask that you hose down the area with water afterward to help maintain the lawn.
• LANDSCAPING is scheduled every Wednesday.
• NO PARTIES ALLOWED – Violations may result in immediate termination of stay.
• NO SMOKING or VAPING anywhere on the property.
• EXTERIOR CAMERA is for security & cleaning team monitoring only, as well as surveillance of locked sheds in the backyard.
• GARBAGE/RECYCLING picked up EARLY on Monday mornings: please take out to the curb on Sunday night if you’re staying through the weekend
• PARKING: Max 2 cars Garage, 2 driveway and street parking available.
• MUST BE 21+ to book this property.
• FIREPLACE is non- functional and may not be used.
• FIRE EXTINGUISHER: located under the kitchen sink

Stays of 21 nights or longer include a scheduled mid-stay professional cleaning to ensure the home stays in top condition for your comfort.
This service is required and billed separately at the standard cleaning rate. We’ll coordinate the date and time that works best for you.
