"This was our second time staying at this hotel. Just like our first time the room was clean and had the amenities we needed. There was plenty of towels. The hotel front desk clerk named Hailey was very accommodating. My reserved room was nowhere close to my sister in law’s family and when I told Hailey this she was able to switch it to the next door of my sil’s room. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Reno, especially because by the time we are back the elevators will be upgraded. "

"We had a nice room on the 5th floor. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was the loud noise the pipes made when taking a shower. Im sure the noise was heard by our neighbors too."

"Great place for a weekend in Reno. Steps from the riverwalk, spacious rooms, showers are hot and strong. There's a fantastic bar (Only on weekends) and the antique furniture throughout the hotel is worth a visit just on its own merit. Highly recommend, but Sun-Thur, you may prefer one of the bigger hotels. Wife and I love it, but it may not appeal to folks seeking a casino-style hotel."
