"Great experience "

"The hotel casino is very clean and upgraded. The rooms are comfortable. I am disappointed because I paid the extra costs for a view and when we got in the room the view was of the mechanical room with dirty windows, and honestly we got in late and I did not have the energy to deal with it. The check in was very rushed and felt like they were just to busy. But... everyone is friendly and the hotel is clean, food is great! I will probably never spend $300 a night to stay there again. The only other thing I don't appreciate is when you order room service you are forced to pay a 20% Gratuity and a delivery fee in the hotel. Then the server brings the food up and gets disappointed when you don't tip even more, then it makes me feel like a jerk, but geese how much are we expected to pay "extra"?? So is this a "thing" now? It's just getting out of control! Other then the costs and the No view for lots of money the place is great!"

"the lady at the front desk flipped out because the other person helping her took a break !! she had a lobby full off guests waiting to be checked in but she was ranting on phone about refusing to work and complains , went on for at least an hour and I was re considering my stay here ."

"If you just need somewhere to pass out for the night, this will do. It wasn’t the cleanest, no room service during our stay, rooms are dilapidated and the entire hotel smells like smoke even though it is a no smoking hotel. We had a two night stay and I had to go get my keys reactivated twice during our stay as they would not work. We made the best of it but will not be staying here again. "
