"The website indicated the restaurant opened at 7 am. It was not open at 7:15, and there was no access to tea or coffee in the lobby."

"Water didn’t get as hot as I hoped and the maids didn’t clean and bring towels. Other than that it was a great stay. Also if you leave early for work nothing is open to grab food or coffee."

"I ended up being charged more than what I booked the room for on Expedia by the resort. I had a room in the North Wing. Had to haul my bags up to the 3rd floor, walk a long haul, then go down an elevator to the 2nd floor. I got lost at first, had to go back to front desk. The old part of the resort is old. Updated, but jenky to get to. Lots of add on fees. "

"The room, rate and service were nice. I just was disappointed in the pet fee. Not that I had to pay one, I fully expected that. But I didn’t expect the rate to be $100 when the room itself was $159"

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Could use more plugs for the table with makeup mirror to use curling iron and such. Also a little microwave would have been nice too. "

The Ac units were sketch moved rooms multiple times. old lcd t.v that didnt work after multiple times the matinace crew kept coming up to fix. they have a bar with an arrogant owner operator makes awful drinks extremely expensive just a bad experience for the price! Staff extremely rude and for anything that was brought to attention said its not a management complaint id have to bring it up with Expedia.... even tho i was a hotels.com guest. Def treated worse for not booking with them directly. They tried booking me into rooms that were already occupied switched rooms 4 times. as stated in pictures. wasted my night with this issues after long drive."
