It was nice. I was on the 3rd floor looking out into the lot. I liked seeing my car at night. The grab n go breakfast was just enough for me to hit the road for work. I was really bummed that the tub in my room was unable to stop up to take a bath. I booked this to relax & there was no stopper. A lot of guests were very loud, but the room was decently quiet. The staff is really nice & the room was in pretty good shape and clean. Id recommend this place.

Room smelled like a locker room. Ceilings and walls are very thin. Sonesta, right next door, is much cleaner and offers many more amenities, including a great continental breakfast.

If you are on an extended stay in Reno, this is an excellent jump off point near 2 freeways, and away from the traffic jams near the casinos. We use our kitchens, so had to order everything on the 'customize' menu, but all was clean and very useful. Do need to bring a few more basic kitchen necessities- like salt and pepper, and paper towels, condiments, but there are stores and restaurants nearby for all tastes. Great bed- didn't wake up sore! Grab and go breakfast could use a bit more; granola bars, muffins and oatmeal. Coffee is excellent! Will stay here again!

Very clean comfortable room with refrigerator and stove. Not much of a free breakfast. Pet friendly property. Convenient location. Clean and quiet.

The property is spacious but does show signs of being around for a while. They were running low on supplies but were willing to accomodate, I was thankful for their communication. The surrounding area was scenic and I found it charming.

Average hotel, good for the price

We liked the room given to us because it was fairly clean. We had an amazing king size bed, which was very comfortable to rest. Tub/bathroom area was good and spacious. There was a bad odor that we didn't like very much, but you kinda adapt to it after a few minutes. A/C was quiet, which we like, the fridge was loud, which we didn't like. Very average place. I thought they had a regular breakfast, but they didn't. Only had a grab and go (energy bar, oatmeal and a muffin no fruits or milk available). Hotel located in a nice, safe area, very close to many restaurants, banks, grocery stores, etc.
