Treat yourself to a one-of-a-kind overnight experience in our elegant and beautiful cottage. Emerald is a 1 bedroom, nestled among trees and sits on Historic Estate grounds. This luxurious cottage is furnished with a king bed, luxury linens, stylish furnishings and offers an open floor plan and oversized bathroom with an accessible shower. The living area is equipped with a kitchenette, which includes a microwave, bar sink, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, smart TV, dinette, and has a large attached deck that overlooks the beautiful Estate Views.

Cute little gem.

Overall very satisfied with property. The only thing is that there was no tv in bedroom and sofa wasn't too comfortable to relax and watch tv in living room.

Great property

Great property and great place to stay in Reno. The layout was nice and the bed was super comfy. My only wish is that we could have had a heads up about the timing of the wedding ceremony that took place on the lawn right out front. We happened to arrive just as it was starting. It felt like we were interrupting it and then we were pinned inside for an hour until it finished. If we’d known, we probably would have timed our arrival differently. Otherwise really enjoyed everything about the stay.

Clean and very nicely equipped

Despite initial appearances when you first pull into the property, these little cottages are super clean, nice, and well equipped and are the perfect get away for a couple looking to spend a couple nights away from it all. We had our infant son with us, so sleeping with him was a little interesting in the single bedroom unit, but for two adults, the space is perfect. High marks for the shower (spacious and the rain head was perfect) and the kitchen (well equipped AND included breakfast was perfect for our stop over). It's also super close to downtown (tons of food and coffee options) and the river (lovely walks and sights). The freeway is just a couple minutes away as well, so it's easy to get in and out. All in all, we loved our stay, and will definitely keep it in mind for future visits to Reno!

Tiny home in a good location

Overall I was happy with the tiny home. They have nice little touches like snacks and drinks! The property was super modern and clean. My only issue was the noise could get loud with the train but nothing crazy... its a train! I would stay here again!

Quick staycation

Lovely accommodation. Nice outdoor area. Should advertise that more. Very comfortable & relaxing for spending evenings or early mornings outside dependent on the season. Beautiful natural lighting inside.

Reno Trip

Very much enjoyed our stay. The fires and smoke in the area didn't allow for much outside enjoyment but our cottage was wonderful. The only suggestion I have is the two white chairs were not comfortable at all. It was very uncomfortable to sit in and watch television. You might rethink it and replace them with something more comfortable. Otherwise a very enjoyable trip.

Amazing little cottage with so many amenities!

I absolutely loved staying at the River West Resort on the property of Elm Estate! It was a cute little cottage and had everything I needed for a weekend out of town (mini fridge, microwave, yummy snacks, tv, etc.). It was sparkling clean, the bed was super comfy, and it's just a short drive to Midtown which is one of my favorite parts of Reno. Will definitely come back!!
