The bright, open-plan living space is designed for spending quality time together, featuring a cozy corner sofa, hanging chair, fireplace, and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, and a choice of filter coffee maker, Senseo, and espresso machine. Three comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests, comprising two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, while two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, plus separate toilets on both floors, provide added convenience. Air conditioning is available in both upstairs bedrooms, and the property also offers WiFi, making it suitable for both short and extended stays.

Outside, the fully enclosed private garden is ideal for families and guests travelling with up to two pets. Enjoy alfresco meals on the furnished terrace, let children play with the football goals, or store bicycles securely in the garden shed before heading out to explore the surrounding area. Two private parking spaces, including one with an electric vehicle charging point, add further convenience.
