I booked this hotel because it has a pool. However, they fail to mention that it is not heated. We stayed there two nights, a week apart. On both occasions, I attempted to swim, but it was too cold. No one else was in the pool. The 2nd time we were there, it was a beautiful hot day of 32 degrees. The pool had not been cleaned since we were there the week before. Why keep it open if your guests can't enjoy it? Why not advertise that it is not heated, so we can make an informed choice whether to book it or find another hotel. Very disappointed.

I had a great stay at the hotel Europa. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The shopping center next door was convenient, and there is a farmacia, as well as a market very close for anything you need. The room was comfortable, clean, and safe, and breakfast very good. The pool was wonderful.

The hotel is on a main road. Easy access to stores. The hotel was kept clean and the staff were very helpful. I liked that it had a pool which was kept very clean and is modern looking. We enjoyed it there.

Pleasant hotel
Good hotel for a short stay. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Shower cubicle had a fair bit of mould in the corners and tracks, could do with a thorough clean. Breakfast was ok, typical of Italian breakfasts. Local area not great, large shopping mall close by. Overall a good hotel for a short stay.

I was a little dissapointed that room was 2 single beds when hotel confirmation said it was a double bed. I was also dissapointed to find an empty fridge (with 1 bottle of water but no other drink options). Also dissapointed that the room confirmation said balcony view which we did not get. Also dissapointed that the soaps were not topped up on a daily basis and it loooked as if the beds were made and that's it. Staff were lovely though, and having stayed with hotel Europa before I expected a greater service and to be looked after more.

Very nice hotel
My wife and I were very pleased with this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, which was important given we travelled with our two young children. There was a mini-fridge in our room so we could store some milk for our son. Breakfast was good and there was wide range of food available. The location was great: the hotel is a few minutes' walk from a shopping centre (Metropolis) and there are some nice Italian cafés nearby to grab a coffee and some traditional Italian food (cakes, savoury snacks and ice cream). There is a bus stop nearby to get into the town centre (we would recommend doing this rather than driving into town) where there are a good selection of shops and bars. We will certainly stay here again next time we visit.

Nice, clean rooms
Very nice hotel within walking distance of many stores, a mall and restaurants. It was a bit annoying that starting Wednesday night - most of the menu was no longer an option as they were "out of fish".

Una bella sorpresa, al check-in troviamo la sig. Michela nonostante l'ora tarda quasi le 23 e con una giornata di lavoro quasi conclusa ci ha accolto con grande professionalità e con un bel sorriso, sbrigando le operazioni di check-in in modo rapido. Ampia la stanza 208 e buona la pulizia, e anche il set da bagno,unico neo l'aria condizionata che non puoi gestire in autonomia e rumorosa,ma basta chiamare la reception e farla mettere al minimo e il problema è risolto. Un complimento a tutto il personale di portineria. Buona la colazione, il personale di sala cordiale e professionale, buono il buffet con varie opzioni sia di dolce che di salato, ottimo poter chiedere le bevande calde che vengono fatte espresse e per fortuna niente macchinette. Colazione buona. Comodo il parcheggio situato all'interno dell'area hotel adiacente all'entrata, nel complesso una struttura da consigliare. Grazie, Giovanni Bucaioni

Hotel molto carino non lontanissimo da Salerno e dai luoghi di interesse della costiera amalfitana. Camera piccola e il letto non era il massimo della comodità ma nel complesso ok. Colazione molto buona e varia. Migliorabile l'accoglienza da parte della receptionista, nemmeno il tempo di entrare in hotel e subito ci propone cambi camera a pagamento sminuendo al massimo la camera che avevamo prenotato
