"Stayed here after a USC football game. House is older, run-down and wasn’t well-maintained. Found several dead bugs in the kitchen and house. Our socks were black after walking around. No ice or filtered water in fridge. Back deck didn’t feel safe to be on. Located in a run-down area. Host was very communicative and it was an easy check in. Good setup for large group. "

"Overall, very nice experience. We were visiting Columbia to attend our nephews graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. It was very nice to have a home to come back to and rest after his graduation vs. going back to a hotel room. The house was clean, but does need some overall updating. The queen bed in one of the bedrooms-not the main bedroom-was not very comfortable. Every time one of us slightly moved in bed, the bed would squeak loudly. Updating this would do wonders. Beds were so comfortable and linens fresh and crisp. Great layout to relax and enjoy.
