Welcome to “BergAuszeit”—an oasis of tranquility right in the heart of Reit im Winkl. This charming, newly and extensively renovated (2026) ground-floor and basement apartment combines cosy comfort with a central location: Right outside your door, you’ll find peaceful surroundings with views of the surrounding mountains. At the same time, enjoy the immediate proximity to the tourist information office (the starting point for guided hikes), the (ski) bus stop, the cross-country ski trail network, numerous hiking trails, a children’s playground, and the popular, family-friendly outdoor pool (free admission for T&T guests!). In addition, all shops for daily needs—including a pharmacy, several medical centers, a post office, a drink store, and boutiques (“EinkaufsDorf Reit im Winkl”)—are within easy walking distance. The lively town centre of Reit im Winkl, with its rustic taverns, cafés, bars, and mini-golf course, invites you to take a leisurely stroll.
The apartment includes its own underground parking space with direct access to the building—a special perk in every season.
The “BergAuszeit” apartment features a bedroom in the basement, which stays pleasantly cool even in summer, and a sleeper sofa that accommodates one or two additional guests. The modern kitchen is perfect for cosy cooking evenings, while the beautiful, west-facing sun terrace with mountain views invites you to linger—enjoy breakfast with a view, afternoon coffee, or a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Kaiser Mountains. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a microwave with an air fryer function, an induction cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people (1 bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa). Upon request, an additional 1–2 people can use a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The functional and modern bathroom, equipped with a shower/tub combination, two sinks, and a toilet, offers space for several people. There is also a spacious guest bathroom on the ground floor.
You are welcome to park your bicycles in the underground garage. At T&T Bike-Sports (located in the T&T Holiday Rentals building), you’ll find a wide selection of (e-)mountain bikes, low-step bikes, and children’s bikes—along with accessories—available for rent.
You can store your skis and ski boots in a well-heated, separate ski room. It is located right next to the lower apartment entrance.
A washing machine is available upon request.
For extra comfort and relaxation, the in-house sauna with a relaxation room (EUR 5.00 per hour) is just a few steps away.
This family-friendly residence is equipped with, among other things, a travel cot, a high chair, stair gates, outlet covers, fall protection, children’s toilet seats, a step stool, and board games.
