Sonnige ruhige Ortslage - genießen Sie den freien Blick über den Ort zum Kaisergebirge. Der Primelweg ist eine der bester Lage von Reit im Winkl, ruhig an einer Sackgasse. Kurze Wege zum Hallen- und Freibad, zur Ortsmitte, zum Café Rosi Mittermeier. Die Ferienwohnungen Nr. 7 (App. Lobenhofer) wurde im Frühjahr 2013 komplett renoviert und neu gestaltet. Wohnraum mit neuer Sitzgruppe/Schlafcouch, Essbereich. Die neue Küchenzeile verfügt über ein Herd, Mikrowelle und Spülmachine. Im separaten Schlafzimmer ist viel Gemütlichkeit für Ihren gesunden und erholsamen Schlaf entstanden. Komplett neu ist WC/Duschbad mit flacher Dusche. Der große Balkon nach Osten bietet genügend Platz für ein sonniges Frühstück. Viele Extras stehen Ihnen im Haus Sonnenschein in Reit im Winkl zur Verfügung, u. a. Sauna, Solarium, Liegebänke, Tischtennis, Kinderspielraum, Waschmaschine, Skiständer und elektrischer Schuhtrockner. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über Internet (freies WLAN), Telefon, Fernseher, Radio sowie Sonnenschirm und Gartenmöbel für den Balkon. Das Hallenbad und das Freibad sind ganz in Ihrer Nähe und bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
