Whether it’s winter sports, hiking, climbing, or swimming in the crystal-clear mountain lakes—the region offers the perfect getaway for every taste! The “Heustub’n” is located in the “Haus am Kirchplatz,” on a quiet side street in the heart of Reit im Winkl. From here, you can easily reach all the shops in the town centre on foot: a large supermarket, charming fashion boutiques, sports stores, inviting restaurants, and cosy bars. Leisure facilities such as a mini-golf course, medical centre, pharmacy, and post office are also in the immediate vicinity. The entrance to the extensive cross-country ski trail network and the bus stop for the ski bus are also just a short walk away. The apartment itself features a spacious living and dining area furnished with a fold-out wall bed, a new couch (2025), and a dining table. The kitchenette features a refrigerator, two hob burners, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle—everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the furnished south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Additional amenities include a radio, a flat-screen TV with cable, and free Wi-Fi. A private parking space in the underground garage is available for your vehicles. Your host, T&T Ferienwohnungen, provides towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and parking.
