Mit einem schneesicheren Winter erwartet der bekannte Wintersportort mit Alpinskifahren, Rodeln, Snowboard fahren, Winter- und Schneeschuhwandern und natürlich mit allen Vorzügen als nordisches Skizentrum für Langlauf seine Gäste. Hier finden Sie die idealen Voraussetzungen für einen vitalen Aktivurlaub und zum Auftanken von neuer Energie: Spazierengehen, Wandern, Reiten, Nordic Walking, Golfanlage "Kaiserwinkel", Tennis, Radfahren im Tal und auf den Bergen, Mountainbiking, Gleitschirmfliegen, Rafting, Badefreuden im hiesigen Erlebnisfreibad, Hallenbad, mehreren Badeseen und Strandbad "Walchsee". Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee. Von Ihrem PKW-Stellplatz gelangen Sie über einen Flur direkt in Ihre Wohnung. Ebenfalls im Untergeschoss steht Ihnen eine Gemeinschaftssauna, ein Skidepot sowie ein Fahrradstellplatz zur Verfügung.     Die Ferienwohnung ist hell , freundlich und gemütlich gestaltet - ideal geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.
    Sie müssen auf keinerlei modernen Komfort verzichten. Eine komplett eingerichtete Einbauküche mit allen dazugehörigen Küchengeräten mit anschließendem Essbereich steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Ein Gäste WC , großzügiges Wohnzimmer (eingebauter Doppelbettschrank für weitere 2 Personen) und Essbereich mit Zugang zur anschließenden Gartenterrasse. Kabel-TV , W LAN -Anschluß und Telefon gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Eine offene Holztreppe führt vom Erdgeschoss zum geräumigen Schlafbereich (Doppelbett) ins Untergeschoss mit Bad (Dusche und WC).

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in seinem Urlaub braucht. Wir waren zu viert und hatten auf dem Sofa und am Esstisch genügend Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen und Spielen von Brett- und Kartenspielen. Wanderungen und Tagesausflüge konnten zu Fuß von der Wohnung aus gestartet werden, aber auch der Chiem- oder Königssee waren mit dem Auto innerhalb einer Stunde erreichbar.
