"We couldn't be happier with our stay at this apartment. My wife and I with our two adult kids stayed for two nights. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication with our hosts was excellent. Only word of caution is that the unit is up 4 flights of stairs so if you are challenged with mobility you should probably avoid, but I think the listing was clear in this regard. I loved being so centrally located in the heart of old town and super close to the lake. Thank for a great stay....

"Checking in was confusing in that you had to go to the lockbox at the apartment to get the clicker to enter the parking area. The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. "Beautifully renovated apartment. Everything was clean & fresh and the position in the centre of Thonon couldn’t have been more perfect. Spent many a happy hour sitting on balcony enjoying the music or watching what was happening in the square. Dominique was lovely and so helpful, plus spoke English. "This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. "This place is felt like being in a hotel, very clean and had all that one needs. Its location is great. We could walk to the lake in less than 15 mins. There is also a supermarkt nearby. The best treat is the pleasant and helpful host.. "
