"Very clean room"

"Great hotel close to the reffkin tennis center. Very large king bed room. Breakfast was very good each morning and helped a lot with getting our day started. Bed was super comfortable. However lots of foot noise from the rooms above us and behind us. Wasn’t too disturbing but was for sure audible. Great staff. Will stay here again. "

"There was a strong smell in the room (like old abandoned cabin or rotten wood). We used some air odor fresheners to contrast the smell. Other than that, the stay was pretty much straight forward. "

"Rooms large but outdated, rust in bathtub, dresser drawer linings stained and old, dresser old and dinged up, tv options minimal and not modern, few plugs easy to access to charge electronics, power outlets that didn’t work. Pool had only one recliner that was also old. No video in gym. Staff helpful but facility could use a facelift."

"This is a very nice hotel. The location is great to see the downtown and also has good access to the freeways. The property is huge with green spaces, lovely pool. We did have a problem with our check in. I mentioned that we had breakfast included, but we weren’t given the coupons, so had to pay the first day. When I told the staff, they quickly corrected the error. Most of the staff in the restaurant were pleasant, except for one of the waitresses, who actually served us two mornings in a row, and was very annoyed that we made a couple of requests, which she totally ignored or seemed annoyed with us. She would give everyone around us coffee, but deliberately not serve us.So we got two cups To go from the hostess at the front desk when we left."

"Although the host was very attentive, this property just isn’t a good accommodation. The property itself isn’t terrible, although it was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The larger problem is the neighborhood that it’s in; it was not a safe neighborhood. As we drove towards the rental our trepidation increased - the neighborhood we were driving through was very rundown, and not improving as we reached our destination.
