Relax. Quaint Comfy A-frame cottage steps from the Delaware Bay
Welcoming, charming cottage in gated community on Rehoboth Bay for long or short term rentals. Made for relaxation w/comfy leather furniture, satellite TV, deck w/Adirondack chairs galore. Great natural light, skylights upstairs and 3 sleeping areas. Full kitchen w/all supplies; all major appliances and central air/heat. 2 full baths. Trails throughout community and community water front. Basketball, pickle-ball, tennis courts & playground. Rehoboth outlets 3-4 mi away. Atlantic beaches 6-7 mi away! Bay just steps away!
Many guests stay within the neighborhood for the majority of their stay because there are so many recreational activities right there!
Very serene and relaxing inside cottage, outside in the community, and by the water. All areas by water are community owned with benches, picnic tables, big porch like wooden swings and crabbing/fishing docks. 6 people max, including children, so it stays serene and relaxing... 😁 No pets/smoking of any sorts indoors. I reserve right to not accommodate groups with children 5 or under so contact first if there are please. $25/night for extra guests over 4 people.
No keys needed. Entry to both development and house through keypad.
Rustic with character not pristine and sterile - if you want the latter, my spot may not be for you.
