The property is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished, spacious, and updated townhouse in the popular Canal Landing community. Superbly located, it is a short walk to downtown Rehoboth, with tons of fabulous dining options, the beach, and hiking/biking trails. Walk, pedal, or catch the beach bus to the ocean. Finish the day with drinks on one of our 3 balconies. Also, the property is convenient to the outlet stores.
This four-level property backs up on the peaceful Rehoboth Canal. The open-concept, second floor is a vacation dream for friends and family to gather. The property features: a fully equipped kitchen, screened-in porch, eat-in kitchen, large dining area, two master bedrooms, two family room areas, four bathrooms, grill and outdoor seating area, two parking spots, wifi and so much more. Access to the heated community pool is included in your rental.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 10:00 am.
