"Si l'hôtel en lui même est somptueux au premier abord. Nous avons été bien déçus par la suite. Envoyé vers un autre hôtel "la coupole" (qui est clairement le bas de gamme du complexe) nous sommes accueilli par une hôtesse arrogante qui peine à trouver notre réservation, celle ci ayant été faite sur internet. Passé ce moment désagréable qui dénote du reste du personnel qui est en majorité sympathique, les chambres sont sales, sols, mini réfrigérateur, douches (cf photos) , difficile de prendre...

"We booked a 6-person family room for our family of 6. When we arrived at the property, it took talking to a manager to get them to give us that room instead of a double. There’s some problem between the property and Expedia that doesn’t let you book the right room for the right price that is clear for all. Also had a poor experience at the buffet dinner restaurant with the wait staff giving our table away when we went to fill our plates and making us wait for 20 minutes to get another table set up for us. The facilities and atmosphere was amazing! It was disappointing that the customer service was not up to par."
