"Here’s the message I sent to the property and didn’t hear back : Hi, I had that booking with you and that had to change my room twice cause the first one was infested with cockroaches and the second one was also full of cockroaches and smelled like someone has been smoking cigarettes in the ro for weeks. They ended up changing my room for one on the 3 floor which they said was one of the nicest one and ended spending 3 days living and sleeping with dozens of of cockroaches again. I ended up checking out early on Wednesday instead of Friday cause I couldn’t stand it The reception clerk said she would message the manager to try and get mea refund for the last 2 days. I haven’t heard back Please advise"
