Also, hotel charged a $10 (plus tax) “safe use fee” even though my reservation via Hotels.com said all fees & taxes were included. They told me they would refund that fee, but it still has not been refunded to my card. "

"The ac was strong. But being next to a busy road with door and windows leaking light that at no point left the room what i would consider dark. The front desk was helpful for replacing the towels and such, however the apparent lack of and noise isoation is a negative. Every step or thought of out upstairs neighbors sounded like a horde of wild animals(assuming they weren't just rowdy) and the beds weird thin metal frame thing made my movements echo as the metal flexed."
