"Not only the beaches where I need be for the rest of my life, it was so comforting to have the clean room, the each and every clerk at the desk was superior. I didn't get one lady's name African American with long hair but I know Susan and I know Melanie come on girls and there's another African-American girl but she's a little shorter tell them I am in all of their customer service and hospitality. I teach customer service and hospitality so when I walk into an establishment you know I'll be having my fingers crossed. But I am clapping my hands thank you thank you so much for your patience your guidance and just being real thank you only thing I can say is I need a stove and a big refrigerator that's all I need a sweet and Paradise inn The view is amazing of course thank you thank you ladies thank you so much."

"Beautiful view of the beach. Room was very clean. Our jetted tub didn’t work (maybe we weren’t using it correctly). Great location on the boardwalk with view of the classic car parade. The best part were the breakfasts and our server Gabriel. He was so thoughtful and did everything in his power to make sure our breakfast experience was perfect, and he was very good at it. Highly recommend."

"I enjoyed our view, ocean view is truly ocean view. Our room was cleaned, well maintained and modern. Hotel was clean, restaurants were easy to access and i really liked having the indoor pool. It has an outdoor one but on not so warm days having an indoor one is essential. Loved the kids section as well. "

"The Cambria needs some mega updating and some cleaning of carpets, walls, and elevators in common areas as well as in the rooms. The pool when you looked down from the balcony was disgusting with large brown and green stains and full of debris. If it wasn't time to open, cover it, it was a horrible sight from the balcony to greet guests. There was hair in the bathroom in the tub, in the sink, and on the toilet as well as when I sat down to breakfast in the restaurant, the window ledge right by the table was covered in grime and food debris/spills. We ate early, this was days/weeks of no clean up along with dead bugs on the floor in the restaurant not just from a busy morning of diners. Front desk and housekeeping staff could use urgent hospitality training in every way from presentation, attire, speaking and interacting, and generally just being able to understand their role, as well as what the true concept of welcome means for guests. The view and location were beautiful, and parking was adequate. Breakfast was very good and not too overpriced. But even for Ocean City in May, the room rate was super exorbitant for the quality of experience which was lacking. Very disappointing as I had stayed previously at the Cambria and this stay was terrible in comparison, almost unrecognizable in condition and in service. Since the beautiful original pink sandcastle Dunes Manor closed and Cambria is now lacking, there is no really lovely hotel to stay in Ocean City. Sad."
