My experience at this place was very disappointing. I stayed here for almost 18 nights, and the overall service was poor. It felt like the staff were more focused on finding reasons to charge extra fees than providing good customer service. My flight was delayed by 16 hours due to severe weather in Orlando, yet I was still charged for the first night with no understanding of the situation. The place also had several maintenance issues, including insects that caused my daughter to suffer an allergic reaction, broken electrical outlets, and an old TV with poor picture quality. On my departure day, I was instructed to leave by 10:00 AM and warned not to be late. After staying nearly 18 nights, I checked out only a short time later and was charged an additional $170, on top of the first-night charge. I would also like to mention an employee named Eric, whose attitude was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. His behavior made an already disappointing experience even worse. I will not be returning, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
