"Breakfast selection were not great. Not as good as last time we stayed. They ran out of items as well as tableware and dishes. Very surprising for this hotel. But staff is friendly and helpful. They just need more help. Location is excellent and rooms are comfortable. Night desk staff was very helpful with a temperamental printer. I will stay there again. "

"I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else."

"The host is really kind, professional, and helpful. We stayed for two nights and had a graduation dinner event at the house. The inside is very spacious, especially the kitchen area. There is great lighting in the house. Some windows don’t have black out curtains, but that wasn’t needed for us. The bathrooms were clean and great for a party of 6. It is the right side to a duplex. The people who live on the left side were really nice. They were outside doing some yard work while we were there, but that didn’t bother us. The electric fireplace in the house was also a nice touch. I also want to point out that the host checked in on us via message to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. That’s excellent customer service! There is a grocery store, a gas station, restaurants, and a bowling alleyless than 5 minutes away. I definitely recommend staying here :) "

"The room, staff, parking and breakfast was all great. The only issue we had was the noise. We literally could hear people talking all night long, and at different volumes and number of people talking. We figured out where it was coming from and it was the lobby. We had a room over looking the lobby and it was open like a loft. Don't get rooms in this area. "
