"Those little details are not important to me. I go more by the atmosphere and character of a place. These old motels are relics of a different era in the USA. Now, we have the Indian motel/hotel families, such as the well-known Patel network, to thank for the preservation of these old structures. They know how best to keep the rooms affordable to working class folk while still maintaining hospitality and comfort. I enjoy imagining the ghosts of past travelers hovering in the mist. Man, it's all about the vibe! But, yes, it was clean and tidy and fresh-smelling, too. "

"The hotel is nothing fancy, but It’s well kept, easy to access and easy to park at. Lots of the hotels are super tight to access and finding available parking is a mystery yet to be solved with out paying said hotel additional Valet fees on top of daily rates cause they use half the spots for valet only. They give vouchers for a small breakfast at Denny’s that shares the parking lot. The pancakes are ginormous! For what you pay compared to other hotels there is not a better value!"
