"The Richardson is a unique hotel as it is one of HH Richardsons architectural masterpieces that was fortunately saved from the wrecking ball and is gradually being restored for various uses, the Hotel being the first of those. It is luxury priced but you are really paying to live in a piece of history. The breakfast is a simple continental, and the restaurant that used to be in the building is closed, but plenty of dining & shopping options are steps away in Elmwood. The decor with all of the historical photos plus the architectural museum on the lower level is excellent. A place you need to stay in at least once. We normally stay at my cousin’s but since we weren’t able to on this trip, we chose the Richardson."

"We drove from AZ to Buffalo New York came in early ask to check in a little bit early and we were able to so, Couldnt wait to get in the pool but the pool wasnt heated inquired about it and someone came out the very next day, the house was size for my satisfaction with the gourmet kitchen that didnt have the quantity pots and pans but did bring mines to do gourmet cooking, We did feel at home from home which was extremely nice.The communication loved itMandy was professional with all concerns, Did have a issue with my friend pet who was at a hotel with her service dog to charge me a fee but once i explained to Mandy she were just visiting with her service pet of which i didnt know he was ok with it.I really enjoy the beautiful house."

"Fit our group perfectly! We had 4 couples and a brother and sister. Loved the set up of 2 of everything although we kept gathering on main floor. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. 30 minutes to Niagara Falls which was another perfect thing. Everyone was happy with the space. We had 26 years old to 70. Wonderful couple of days!!"
