"When turning on the a/c in the room the room smelled horrible the air conditioning was hot didn’t blow cold the lady’s in the front desk gave attitude when asked a question, the hotel felt off"

"place was disgusting. the ratings must be because so many places in california are hotels that people are living in longterm, this spot is no different but for that reason the upkeep is poor for people who only need a hotel stay rather than a home. the place is rundown and you can tell they just painted over it painted over hills dirt and cobwebs in the corners the tub and toilet and sink is rusted. staff is nice. tissue even though i opened it fresh was stained. just a place that i would never stay again. walls motel level thin."

"Nice large room with a way-above normal “free” breakfast. We’ll certainly stay here whenever we return to the area. "

"The location and view were excellent. The room was in need of an update ( walls needed paint , stained seat on chair, very roughed up furniture) but was otherwise clean. The bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Some TLC should be given to the outside seating areas to clean off the furniture and sweep. The continental breakfast was great and the complimentary cookies were too!"

"Overall this is what you expect from Best Western. The only problem is parking. The parking lot is not set up for trucks, or SUVs. The parking lot was full and the front office staff told me I could park on the street (street signs say No Stopping Any Time), or across the street at a commercial property that said no overnight parking. They were so certain my car would be ok. I didn’t take the risk but really suggesting I risk towing my car because of your limited parking is ridiculous."
