"Pool was dirty could not even get in"

"We loved our stay! The staff was so nice and friendly, our kids loved the pool area. Our room was so nice and clean when we first arrived. Will definitely be booking another stay. "

"Checked in the evening. The desk person was awesome. I enjoyed talking with her. The hotel was full. She did let us know that the door to our room required some muscle to open and close. Hopefully, they'll get that fixed. I appreciated their filtered water system. The room was clean overall, but there were a couple of things that were disconcerting. The first was a blob of hand soap on the bathroom counter that should have been cleaned up. The second was a stain on the bed sheet at the head of the bed. It looked like a coffee or pee stain. I think it was clean, but I put a pillow over it and didn't sleep on it. The mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was all carbs, which I don't eat in the mornings. "

The door had a huge gap at the bottom so I used their towels to close it off The plumbing just sits in the tub and sink and takes a while to go down Only good thing I can say is the propriety is quiet"
