"I wanted to give the review less stars but I'm fearful of that low review negatively affecting the employees. The staff was magnificent and supportive. 5 stars for them. The breakfast food was the typical hotel fair you see at any Hilton or Marriott . The Ramada's rooms are beat up and old. Everything worked well which is more a testament to the staff's upkeep than it was the rooms themselves. Not enough electrical outlets. Bathrooms smaller than is typical. The hotel rooms are overdue for renovation and updating. They are the same they were back in the early 00's . It's still a hotel that's going to provide better amenities and service than a motel. It's a hotel you can trust sleeping in as far as cleanliness of sheets, towels and bathrooms. My 9yr old slept soundly, in what felt like similar quality of a Marriott corporate bed. IYKYK. Where it falls off it's face is the actual condition of the hotel itself. It hasn't changed in 20-30yrs."
