Timber Trails North is a 4 bedroom/4 bath that sleeps 13 located in the amazing resort community of StoneBridge. If you need more space for your gathering, check out Timber Trails South and Big Timbers right next door-with the three properties you will have a total of 14 bedrooms! This property is PET FRIENDLY!

$7 per car per day is charged for anyone renting a lodge in Stonebridge resort. This will be paid upfront at the Welcome Center upon check-in.

This home is decked out with all you will need for this special getaway: The open kitchen/living room floor plan provides dining seating for 12. The living room has a large sectional with sofa sleeper. Our kitchen is fully furnished with what you will need for your cooking needs.

For your entertainment we have provided a 50-inch smart TV in the living room, a 50-inch TV in each bedroom, YouTubeTV provided on three TVs, PS4, Blu-ray player, and free high-speed internet. And we also have a hot tub on the back deck.

In Stonebridge, amenities abound with the Ledgestone Golf Course right on site! A short walk away, there is a catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake. You have access to 2 pools, sand volleyball, basketball court, huge playground, tennis courts, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. The sand volleyball, basketball court and large playground are also just a short walk away.

*Disclaimer- Most pools will be open mid May through Labor Day. The resort MAY decide to leave the pool at the main clubhouse open longer in September. It is up to their discretion and we have no control over whether the pool is closed.*

Camera-This home does have a Ring doorbell that can capture images or video as you enter the property. Only the front door/porch area is in view.

For the children, a pack and play and highchair are provided.

First time here and it was amazing! Perfect accommodations for our family of 6 adults & 3 kids ages 3, 4 & 5, & our 3 little dogs. This property was a family-friendly home with nice spacious kitchen/dining/living area and bedrooms each with private baths. It was perfect for our family! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. A nice starter supply of bathroom products, paper products, and laundry detergent was also supplied. Our family enjoyed varied TV watching areas, as well as the hot tub that was heated and ready for us upon arrival. The property was very clean and was exactly as described on their website. Absolutely impressed with everything about our experience. The property owner delivers 5 star service and so does her cleaning crew. We had the most amazing experience that we have ever had in a VRBO and we have stayed in MANY! This cabin was perfect for our family of 7 And was stovked with everything we needed for 5 wonderful days! The outdoor spaces were fabulous. It was chilly during our stay so we truly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the outdoor fireplace.we will be making plans to come back year after year. There wasnt one thing about our experience that wasnt Absolutely wonderful. Thank you Beth and crew for one of our best family Christmas vacations to date! Timber Trails North

Wonderful property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of highways and busy strip of Branson. This home was in a gated community with security who drove around day and night keeping an eye on the rentals. This home was great for our family of 8. 2 adults and 6 children ages 10 and under. The property was in a beautiful location with a walking path, pond, community pool, and a playground within walking distance. The home itself was equipped with all of the essentials; pans, plates, utensils, coffee maker, crockpot, and cleaning supplies. Additionally the home had a washer and dryer and laundry detergent which was great for a large family like ours to have laundry finished before driving 7+ hours home. The bedrooms were large and 3 of the 4 had a bathroom attached while the bunk room had a bathroom just outside the hall. The bunk room also has a gaming system, pull out couch, and the top bunk has a guard rail for safer sleeping with smaller children. The home was immaculate and ready at check in, the check in process was simple and Beth's emails were received in a timely manner and included all of the homes instructions along with check in/out and an easy to follow guide giving details about the home. The large deck out back included a dining table and chairs for outdoor eating, a screened in area with an electric fireplace, couches and chairs, a smart tv, and a hot tub. Beth and the home were great and we will definitely be back!
