We were in need of a roll away bed which the property said was available, but upon arrival we were told it wasn’t in good condition and was not clean or usable. There was running and stomping throughout the night and we couldn’t bring our kiddos out after 7 pm through the back due to people smoking marijuana right outside the back door. We anticipated a full continental breakfast as was stated on the facility’s page, but Cheerios were the only item offered in the breakfast area. The gal who checked us in was very kind and respectful. Her service was the best part!

It was not at all what the pictures showed on the Web site. Old bally comforter and trim falling off and wood floor had water damage. Large crack under door. Other rooms looked much nicer so u may get luckier than we did. Breakfast was very limited. Bed slept great was a plus for sure.

Room was clean, but the bed was very firm. Did not sleep well. Noticed spatters of blood on sheets the next morning. I’m guessing they were permanent stains. Hotel was quiet. Only one employee working, he was very pleasant. I most likely wouldn’t stay again based on the bed comfort.

You have to ring the phone to check in. There has been some improvements to the rooms but the cleanliness is not that great. My room was missing the tv remote, huge gap at bottom of door and the window shade doesn't completely close.

I had a reservation for 3 nights but only stayed 1. If I could have found any other accommodation I would have left night 1. Extremely dirty, outdated and unkept. My Room # was written on the door in marker. No towel racks, they have them stacked on the back of toilet and side of sink. White towels are grey. Parking is in the back where there is an overflowing dumpster and vehicle parked beside it that looks like someone is living in. No amenities like coffee or blow dryer.

Just Okay

The bed and bedding was very comfortable. We could only receive one channel on the TV so didn't bother to use it. The mini fridge leaked water onto the floor, so I used a bath mat to soak it up, and it was filthy, showing they don't mop the floors often. Room was quiet. Didn't like the group of people hanging around the back entrance smoking marijuana each time we were coming or going. Staff was friendly. Probably wouldn't stay again though.

Showed up with reservation in hand, the front desk acknowledged they saw the reservation but had no rooms for us. His only help was "maybe call hotels.com to get my money back" Hotels.com was great crediting back my money.
