Bray Ranch Getaway is designed for those who want to escape the hectic, busy, city life and find some peace in the quiet of the Colorado mountains. With FOUR large units available, it is ideal for family vacations, wedding destinations, corporate retreats and family reunions. We offer a family friendly atmosphere and are within close proximity to multiple options for tourists, outdoors-men, and adventure seekers alike. Imagine stepping out your front door and hiking for miles with only nature to keep you company. It's all possible at Bray Ranch Getaway.

Bray Ranch Getaway is located in the small, rural town of Redvale on a private, working, cattle ranch. We are located in Southwestern Colorado within close proximity to Telluride, Ouray, Durango, The Black Canyon, Mesa Verde National Park, the Fourcorners and Moab, Utah. We are surrounded by the La Sal, San Miguel and San Juan Mountains as well as The Lone Cone Mountain, which oversees our entire ranch. Bray Ranches is a working cattle ranch and also operates a big game hunting business in the fall months. The Getaway is located at our headquarters in Redvale and is surrounded by thousands of acres of our private land.

So whether its hiking, mountain biking, fishing, skiing, four wheeling, tourist attraction or simply peace and quiet you seek, we offer it all right out your front door.

Our Girl Scout Troop wanted to camp in a cabin, and this location did not disappoint! The unit we stayed in comfortably fit 9 teenagers and 2 adults (with room to spare) between the bedrooms, living room, dining room/kitchen and two bathrooms. Two showers and plenty of hot water made for happy leaders! The property was away from the hustle and bustle of town, which is exactly what we were looking for. We woke up to deer outside our window, and loved the space out front to play a game of wiffle ball. Sara, our host, was so accommodating and was quick to answer my emails/texts. Thank you for opening your space to us!

Just what we needed

Bray ranches was great. We hosted a summer camp week long experience. There was about twenty of us. The grills were awesome, the bathrooms were clean and quality, the beds were on point. It was a bit toasty since we were their in July, fans only for cooling. The local grocery store in Norwood was frequented and we made it to telluride for a a one day visit. We had two on the rentals and another party had two on the rentals. But it was fine sharing the entire property. We played a lot of yard games in the parking lot, which was a little tough to run on the gravel but we made it work. Sara was great to work with!! Just be sure to bring all your check-in info with you since there is little to no cell phone service and there isn’t internet connection until after you check in. We loved seeing the cows and horses and meeting and chatting briefly with one of the ranchers!

The ranch was nice. Just that it was pretty hot inside even with the fans the host gave us. Insects kept going inside too. Nothing but drops to get to this place so please be careful.

Beautiful ranch location

Bray Ranch landscape is lovely. Sunsets are great. The cabin is as described set up as a hunting ranch. We were just looking for a weekend away. There are horses, cows, dogs and deers in the pasture in the morning and at sunset. Which our two year old really enjoyed.

Property managers very accommodating and friendly. Really enjoyed the setting within the ranch. No problems, everything worked great. Plenty of room for the crew members to socialize and have some private time. Definitely would stay there again if we got more work in the area.
