"The hotel has a great location next to the river and the family room was clean and cozy, just like in the photos. However, there was no air-conditioning, some electrical sockets didn’t work, and the coffee machine in the lobby was broken. Parking was a problem, especially late in the day, and the EV charging spots were always blocked by non-EVs — with no action from staff. "We arrived after the staff had departed for the day. Nonetheless the check-in was easy due their instructions. Nice clean room. There several excellent restaurants nearby."

"It's a beautiful property, right next to Meuse river. The rooms are lovely too. There's no A/C or tea making facilities or a fridge in the rooms, but that's the norm in the Ardennes. There were a couple minor inconveniences, a loose door handle and an unexpected breakdown in the water supply, the latter caused me to cut short my stay (although they would have had it fixed in a couple hours). "B&B Les 3 Voisins is a cosy, atmospheric little place, run by the friendliest of people, in a beautiful part of the Ardennes. Perhaps not the most luxurious or modern place, but that makes it all the more attractive. The food, cooked by the host himself, was superb."
