"We have stayed here before. Affordable and everything is clean. However, they do not clean the rooms. We just kept asking them for towels, etc. The bathroom smelled like pee. Not sure why. No fan in the bathroom. The pillow/pillows smelled a bit. I asked for new pillow covers. They may have been new clean pillow cases, but if the pillows smelled under the covers, they do not smell clean. The rooms are great to include a stove, refrigerator, microwave. Breakfasts are amazing and free! There is an indoor pool. It is located in beautiful Ballantyne. Many places to eat, shop etc. Located close for us to visit our son. I am sure we will be there again."

"The elevator did not work the entire time we were there (5 days). After speaking with the elevator repairman, he said that the building was struck by lighting 2 years ago and the elevator has been off and on ever since. They don’t tell the guests that prior to checking in which is absurd. My mother in law could not go up the stairs so we had to switch to a first floor. The first floor room had a horrible chemical smell so they had to move her back to the second floor. I saw many semi disabled people having a very hard time getting up steep stairs and it was orettt sad. Please do not stay here if you need the elevator it probably won’t work !!!"

"Beautiful home near Everything we needed to see while visiting nearby towns! Hosts provided many complimentary items that made a stay with kids easier and communicated kindly the whole time! Would def come again!"

"This was probably my favorite VRBO we've ever stayed at. The house was immaculate (and I’m very picky) and so well-stocked. Convenient to area food and entertainment. My kids absolutely adored the “kids room” with the cottage-style bunk beds. I can’t say enough good things about this home! Can’t wait to stay here again soon!!!"

"A very nice property with all of the amenities one would want - Keurig with coffee, nice washer and dryer, detergent, big bathrooms, lots of nice towels, very open with big windows and great for families! Quiet neighborhood away from 485 hearing only the sound of birds in the tree lined neighborhood. Conveniently located to Ballantyne and Pineville and easy drive to Indian Land on Lancaster Hwy and 521. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. We were very thankful to be close to our home while it was undergoing major downstairs construction."
