"Interesting concept. Self check in which worked fine for me. Hotel felt quiet even tho there were a number of people staying. Rooms won’t be to everyone’s taste but I liked and enjoyed my stay. One point of note: if you have luggage rooms on first floor don’t have lift access and the stairs are steep. Wouldn’t recommend if you have heavy luggage as I did. Hotel does have rooms on ground floor. Easy to walk around historic area and parking is right across the street. "

"We were unable to get into the property we had rented as the electronic door lock had dead batteries. After contacting the owner, she moved us into the location next door. When we got to the new location, the key lockbox was left hanging open, the door looked as though the deadbolt had been broken through the door frame at some point, the toilet seat was broken and there was blood (as if from someone else being on their period while being there and not cleaning it up) on the toilet and bathroom which I cleaned up myself so that we could use it. The dishware was dirty and there was a bowl of sugar with a spoon in it on the counter, used and unclean. Some of the towels in the bathroom had a bad odor to them. We left the place cleaner than we found it, but I refuse to clean up the mess we did not create. And I refuse to take a 4 star review from Libby after doing more than what I should have had to do in order to stat at this location. "
