Together forever

The carriage house was beautiful and the host was very attentive. We arrived into Connecticut for a family funeral and the accommodation made our time very comforting. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful carriage house

Our family stayed here to attend a nearby wedding. It was so comfortable with lots of character. Our only issue was one shower but we made it work . We even had a faux runway down the beautiful staircase. Thank you so much to the owners, they were wonderful.

Birthday Splendor

Once again we had a lovely stay in the carriage house. The splendor of the fall foliage was just gorgeous. The house is open and bright, full of sunlight. This is our third stay and hopefully not our last. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely perfect

If you are considering this area, don't hesitate, book this property. I have stayed at many vacation rentals, and I would rate this one at the highest level of cleanliness, accommodations, and location. From the moment you arrive, you will know that you are being taken care of. From handwritten welcome notes to farm fresh eggs in the refrigerator, your stay will be relaxing. It is an absolutely stunning property with all the comfort and care of home. I hope to be able to return.

Carriage House Getaway

The host had everything you could possibly need in all of the bathrooms & the kitchen even brought in lots of wood for the fireplace. The whole house was decorated beautifully staying with the feel of the Carriage House. All of the bedrooms were comfortable & inviting with huge walk in closets in each one. The property is beautiful & quiet, lots of restaurants & a park for hiking close by. The host was accessible & kind but did not bother us once. I would definitely stay here again soon♥️

Unique and Special Property

We adored this unique property. Meredith was an awesome host. She was very helpful with giving me local resources for an event I was planning. Her property is lovely. the Carriage House is beautifully appointed and well stocked down to small details. The sheets, beds and linnens were dreamy. Communication was great and the fresh eggs she dropped off were appreciated.

Wonderful Wedding in Redding

My husband and I had our microwedding at the Carriage House and it was absolutely perfect. The grounds were beautiful--we had our ceremony on the lush lawn underneath a gorgeous tree and our dinner inside with the carriage doors open to create an indoor-outdoor space. Meredith had all sorts of helpful suggestions for local vendors and the house had some useful items that we could use for our event, like tables, chairs, cornhole, etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to host an intimate event!

Autumn Splendor

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the carriage house. It is a beautiful space with lots of light and has a very inviting interior. Everything you could want is provided. The owners were so lovely. There are splendid woods in the rear of the house that provided a kaleidoscope of color and manicured grounds in the front. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay and we would definetely look forward to returning.. Thank you!

My husband, toddler and newborn stayed here and it was the perfect setup. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house was charming and well equipped from kitchen basics to extra toiletries. Definitely recommend!
