"The hotel was excellent. It is in a perfect location right in downtown Jackson. You can walk to everything. It is 12 minutes from the airport and about 20 minutes from the grand Tetons. I found it to be the most perfect location. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great. Parking is easy. The rooms are very nice. "

We spent our days adventuring in the beautiful Wyoming landscape and loved coming back to a place that felt so relaxing and family-friendly. One of the highlights for the kids (and honestly, the adults too!) was the pool. After long days outside, nothing beat cooling off and swimming together—it quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The pool area was clean, well-kept, and provided hours of fun. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, or just a warm smile. The combination of outdoor adventures, cozy accommodations, and family fun at the pool made this a trip we’ll always remember. We can’t wait to come back to Jackson and stay here again!"

"Our first room smelled like dog. So the lady mived us immediately to a cabin that was so nice and clean. I appreciate hotels that offer pet free rooms. If i wanted to smell a dog i would own one myself. Thank you to the wonderful jostess lady from England that made our stay perfect. With my asthma. I cannot do dogs. I hope your boss appreciates all you do."

"We truly enjoyed the Alpenhof and felt it was a great value for our stay. Location is excellent, staff very kind and helpful and room was very comfortable and well kept. Overall it does show some age in terms of things are “fixable” as far as upkeep and aesthetics go such as carpets in the common areas that are so worn and filthy looking. Bottom line would stay here again and so nostalgic, great character snd cozy…hope they keep up the quality. "
