"I booked 5 rooms for a reunion. a All rooms were clean and well maintained. My only complaint is a big one. We had 3 elderly couples in the group and there was NO ELEVATOR. We were on the second floor and when we got there and tried to get a first floor, we were told there were none available. This should have been disclosed when we reserved the rooms through Expedia...of whom I will never use again. My wife had recieved a shot in her hip for Bursitis the day before, and one of our group had back surgery 2 months ago. Wonderful hotel if you can do stairs well. NOT FOR THE ELDERLY."

"Gamer's Nest is a great property! All of the rooms were large, spacious, and comfortably equipped. Sometimes with a listing it looks larger than it is, but this place is the real deal. You have room to turn around! There are two rooms with a king size bed, and each has a walk in closet. The first king bed room one has an ensuite bathroom. There is another room with a bunk bed with two queen mattresses, and a second bathroom. Bathrooms were both nice sized, and each had a walk in shower. Suggest bringing a night-light for each, they are very dark otherwise at night with all the lights off. We used the far back bedroom and found the mattress and sheets and pillows to be very comfortable. We were able to do some light cooking, something we always appreciate being able to do in a VRBO. The window coverings were great, could adjust to be open or closed very easily. The front room is very comfortable and attractive. Oh, great to have the bottled water! Because the tap water is not terrible but the bottled tasted better to me. We didn't use the back yard - it was too hot this past weekend - but it looked to be well equipped and would be great fun for some kids to run around in. Overall, we had a terrific stay at the Gamer's Nest, and would be pleased to return. Thank you to the hosts!"

"Don’t judge a book by its cover. At first glance you think at night you think it’s an older motor hotel… and it probably was at one time. But that’s where the resemblance ends. The rooms have been completely renovated, they are crisp and clean. The beds have nice linens and are very comfortable and the towels are fluffy. The pool was the perfect temperature very clear and long enough to actually swim in. The breakfast had a nice variety and they kept it filled whenever something got low. The staff was helpful and nice and I felt very safe as a single female traveler."
