Riverbend 8A Townhouse

Riverbend Townhouse #8A is a 3 bedroom on the River which can sleep up to 9. The front door of the “A” unit opens to a stairway leading up to the 2nd floor where there are two bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed. There is a full bath (tub/shower) in the hallway.



The main living area and full-sized kitchen are located on the 3rd level where you can warm up to the gas fireplace. There is a flat-screen satellite Tv for your entertainment. By the dining area, a patio door opens to a private balcony with beautiful views of the mountains! On this level, there is a bathroom with a shower as well.



From here the stairs lead up to a loft that overlooks the living area below. In the loft, there are two full beds and one twin bed.



The Riverbend's are 5-6 blocks from the main ski area and are also on the route of the Red River Miner trolley.



There are two car parking spots reserved for this unit or 1 car and a trailer.



This property does have high speed wifi. No washer/dryer. Trailer parking for a small trailer only. The property offers a hot tub that is shared with guests that are staying at Riverbend 8E. (deposit required) All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. Riverbend 8 is a pet-friendly property with only 1 dog under 100 lbs (with a non-refundable pet fee, due at check in).



For larger groups, please consider adding Riverbend 8E and/or Riverbend 7A & 7E.



**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. Guests agree to a $500 refundable security deposit for the hot tub. Please use the hot tub responsibly to avoid additional charges.



If Guests aren't charged the pet fee at time of booking then it will be charged at time of check in, the $125.00 Non-Refundable pet fee.
