Great Condo - With Great Views of the mountain!

My family of five stayed here for a long weekend, and it was a fantastic experience! The condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially appreciated the oscillating fans since we use them at home, too—a thoughtful touch! The location was excellent, just a short 2-3 minute drive to the ski mountain base and close to some great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Condo

My family had a great first time stay in Red River, NM. We had one of the best experiences in this cool ski town. The condo was perfect for the six of us. Clean, spacious, well equipped and close to the slopes, and restaurants. Owner Amy and Evolve staff were very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Can't wait to come back!

Cozy Home!

Perfect stay for our family of 5 for a quick ski trip. The house is cozy, clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfy. There are plenty of towel and blankets. Plus there’s a wonderful washer and dryer! The host is wonderful and communication is easy. Location is perfect!

Can't beat the location, right in the heart of town. Great communication from owner, we crossed plaths with the cleaners as they were leaving and we were coming. Very nice people. With there was more snow! Pro Tip: If you want to go to the brewery, get on their waitlist online.

This place did not disappoint. It was spacious in the living/kitchen area. The location was great just off of Main Street. We would gladly stay again, the owner even sent new games to while we were there.

Overall, the property is good and located well within walking distance to everything in town. The property has been updated and was comfortable. I do think it was a bit overpriced due to the VRBO fees though. This is the typical going rate I know but still a bit ridiculous. I will say the owner reached out several times during our weeklong stay to check on us and see if we needed anything which was much appreciated! We will most likely book again at this property.

Great location

Loved being able to walk to restaurants and enjoy the town. The bunk room was perfect for the kids although one opted to sleep on the couch which was quite cozy. Great communication. We had a fuse blow one evening and Nina came to fix it within 10 min. Parking spot a plus. Big TV’s in each room a plus for downtown time after long ski days. Beds were very comfortable. Thanks for sharing your super cute cabin.

This property is a great place to stay. Easily in walking distance to everything! Both bedrooms are very nicely sized and beds are comfortable. Closets are a available with hangars. Kitchen is very roomy and all basic utensils and cookware is there as well as table settings Every appliance works great The living room is spacious and the furniture is comfy The bathroom is nice sized and there is plenty of hot water as well as great water pressure The deck is a great area as well. We would definetely stay there again

Great location!

This was our first trip to Red River and it was great! The place we stayed was in a great location and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted or needed to go. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was very hot in Red River when we were there and there was no AC so it did get warm inside during the day and it was a little difficult to sleep until the temperature dropped, which is not the fault of anyone. I don’t think it’s typically that warm. No complaints about the place itself. Highly recommend!

Charming 2 bed, 1 bath in RR, beautifully decorated and close to everything.

Very clean with spacious living, dining and kitchen. Beautiful decor and brand new floors. It got a little warm one day, which is not unusual in RR in June. However, there are nice ceiling fans in the lot bobby room and master and the owners have provided several wind tunnel fans if needed. A walkin closet with chest of drawers in master. We did not use the secondary bedroom which has two sets of twin bunk beds and could possibly sleep 4 more. There is also a nice entry way with a desk if you need to do sone work, and area to store your ski equipment and take off your shoes. The owners response to any questions was quick and forthcoming. Can’t give this place anything but 5 stars.

This was a perfect place for a quick escape. Everything you could need for a quick or long stay was provided. The location was excellent and the decor was so comfortable and had some New Mexico flair! The October scenery and weather was amazing. I can’t get back fast enough!
